So on Saturday, is my Winter Formal for school. I have a little black dress from Homecoming that my German Exchange picked out for me, all I'm putting some sheer fabric at the bottom so it's floor length. The theme for last years Formal was Starry Winter Night, but this year because of all the (crazy) Harry Potter fans at our school, the theme is Yule Ball. I'm also dragging my friend "Shortie" to the dance. It'll be her first dance and even though it's formal, she'll be wearing a skirt (I'll try to change that). And since couple tickets are a dollar cheaper she'll be my "date". We like cheating the school (I mean it's $15 for a couple. And the food runs out halfway through. And the music sucks.)
So anyway, I convinced Shortie to come to Winter Formal and I hope I can convince Ishy-kun as well. He hasn't been to a dance either. Tomorrow after school, Shortie is coming to my house and is going to help me with my dress and we might go downtown to find some cool accessories at the antique store. I can't go in that store without buying something!
