So today, we got in a convesation about our final, a take home essay with questions about Othello. In our discussion, our "Pandora" asked a seemingly innocent question. "Is Iago gay?"
That let off a bomb! Our teacher said to put it away until later, but somehow we kept getting on the subject. He then drew a square on the board and labeled it "Iago". Ten seconds later, a door was added and then it was called a closet. (Those who get my schools sense of humor will laugh.) Our poor teacher kept trying to get on topic, but soon, the box turned into a castle someone drew on. A castle on flames. Then a different student drew the box, exploding.
Finally, ten minutes before class ended. We asked our "Pandora" to FINALLY open the box.
And this is why I love Junior Shakespeare. We have so much fun. I even took a picture of the board, and as soon as I can, I'll put it up here.
